About

A family business, run by the person who answers the phone

Renovate8 began in 2001 as Paul Metlege Constructions. It has had other names, including Kingston Homes, as we experimented with branding and business models — but it has always operated under the same ABN.

We stand behind what we build. You are welcome to speak to current clients or, if you prefer, to clients who have been living for some time in houses we built or renovated. Both conversations tell you something — the second one tells you more.
